Fernando Robles is the Managing Broker for Simple Sell, a Real Estate company specializing in AI-powered economic research focusing on analytics, trends and predictive modeling.. He is also a Managing Member of Blue Oak Capital, LLC, a real estate investing firm. He has acquired and sold millions of dollars worth of real estate investments.

His experience spans over 15 years in the housing industry including corporate asset management. He has participated in over 300 residential real estate transactions (supervised/transacted) and is always looking to invest in people.
